Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Fragrance One are 100% authentic originals from the official brands. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.
Do you offer samples or decants?
Currently, we offer official brand discovery sets and travel-sized vials. We do not offer hand-poured decants to ensure the integrity and sterilization of the original scent.
How should I store my fragrances to ensure they last?
To preserve the scent profile, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
