At Fragrance One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
